What’s the minimum order for screen printing?
We keep it low and doable—just 12 pieces per design. That’s right, you don’t need to order hundreds to get started. We’re happy to help you bring your idea to life, even at smaller quantities.

How long will my order take?
Our standard production time is 5–7 business days from the time you approve your proof. Once your order is done, it ships out that same day.

When is payment due?
We require 100% payment upfront to start production. If your company or organization uses purchase orders (POs), just let us know and we’ll get your account set up accordingly.
What is a “specialty ink”?
Specialty inks are where the fun begins! These go beyond your typical plastisol ink and include options like:

🌙 Glow-in-the-dark
🎨 Discharge (for that soft, vintage feel)

Can you match specific colors like Pantones (PMS)?
Absolutely! We can match Pantone (PMS) colors so your brand stays consistent. Just be sure to include the PMS number when you place your order.
Why doesn’t the ink color I see online match exactly in real life?
Great question! Colors can vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If you need a specific match, always send us your Pantone color to make sure we nail it.
Where can I print on the garment?
Front? Back? Sleeves? Inside neck tag? You name it—we probably print it!

Can I get a catalog?
You bet! Browse our online catalogs 24/7. We’ve got hundreds of apparel options to choose from.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you cancel after we’ve ordered your garments but before production starts, there’s a 20% restocking fee. If you’re thinking about canceling, give us a call right away to see where we’re at in the process.
Do you offer contract pricing?
Yes! If you’re a reseller or placing regular high-volume orders, ask us about our contract pricing. Click here to learn more.
Do all garments have to be the same color in an order?
Not at all! You can mix and match garment colors as long as the design and ink colors stay the same.
